The food is good getting your order inside is quicker than going through the drive through. The employees are very friendly.
I have ordered the roasted turkey bacon sandwich and both times there has been no BACON. Please read all the items that need to be removed and leave the items not listed on the sand which. I would prefer y’all forget the lettuce but my bacon is a must and it’s a repeat offense. Then you can’t even call. I’m coming up there some time to complain and see what the issue is. If y’all don’t have bacon or other items you need to tell Uber/doordash and have them call me as I would just cancel the order.
Arby's is consistent with their online ordering. I have yet to run into an issue using their app.
Terrible service and leadership. Ordered $40+ in food, pulled up to an empty drive thru and restaurant, asked to pull up to wait for the food and all the food ice cold. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the past 3 months.
