My mom & I went 2 arbys yesterday around 1 pm.my mom lost her debt card there.someone picked it up & charged some stuff on it.
The food was vastly prepared and was cold but it was great I like arbys even though the food was cold . Staff nice.
Let me just say shoutout to manager Jason he displayed amazing customer service after I received not so great service from the night prior. He solved my issue quickly and efficiently and with a great attitude

These guys are always slow around 10pm and always manage to make a mistake on my order. The manager named Juan did offer a free replacement but wasn't even apologetic. When I asked if they at least acknowledged the inconvenience there was no response only silence... In-N-Out somehow has a massive line and they're operations, service, and order accuracy reigns supreme.
