Only the drive thru is open late!!!!!

Friendly staff, good vibes!

So, my coworker went in to get lunch for all of us. He was there 28 min. There were people leaving with their orders - that were there after him. When he asked where his order was; he was told it was already picked up. "They gave it to someone else" so the lady said they would get his order right away, they pulled other peoples orders and gave it to him. People were getting angry; one person asked for a refund because they were already late getting back to work. So the food was COLD and my coworker was also late returning to work. He would have asked for a refund but we were all waiting for him to bring our lunches. This is VERY BAD SERVICE on so many levels. Needless to say we will not be going back there (at anytime)

Ridiculously overpriced. And they don't do potato cakes anymore. I probably will not ever set foot in an Arby's again.

Tried the new fish sandwich. I liked it!

Love it, but not a fan of sweetener sauce. Arby’s Sandwiches are very good , thanks for permitting feedback!
