Arby's

Charged extra because I wanted to substitute sliced cheese for the runny, slimy cheddar cheese. I've asked for his substation in the past at other Arby's and they never added $1 to the total. I also asked for a water cup and was rudely told that "we don't have water cups." No explanation as to why? The fountain had a water option. The KFC across the street doesnt have a water option but they at least get you a cup of water from behind the counter. Also the app wasn't working which isn't this locations problem specifically but they didn't offer me any of the deals that come with the app. They just said, "sorry our app is down." Which came across as, "To bad, so sad. We are not here to help fix the issue, go away." I gave it a 2 stars but it probably felt more like a zero. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt on that but I probably wont come back. At least to this location. Lol

Very friendly staff

Excellent Arby's with delicious food. The Greek Gyro for only $6 is a must. It tastes better than at most Greek places. Most of their menu items are a great choice. The atmosphere is also good at this particular Arby's at 4830 S. Fort Apache Rd Las Vegas NV 89147, since this restaurant had a recent remodel. We like it!

It's Arby's. This used to be a flagship of the fast food world, serving sandwiches more elevated compared to the standard burger. It seems no one takes pride in this anymore. Sandwiches are sloppily put together. This location is above par for a standard Arby's.

So I don’t know what it is about drive through, but you can never add extra stuff to your food like in the way extra red sauce please. It will never make it to your food. You have to ask for it on the side.
