I had to wait for our fish sandwiches. The manager came out and apologized & said they dropped one so they had to make another. He was very very nice and respectful. I didn’t even mind after speaking with him. I truly wish this kind of customer service was the norm.
This used to be a great Arby's, but has gone way down hill. My wife and I used to go there more than once a week. Like baseball, 3 strikes and your out. The last 3 times they shorted ingredients (cheese) but still charged for it . The employees tonight were good but I still had to drive back. I tried to call 6 times before I left my house. Finally got through on the 7th call when I was halfway back. Sadly, I cannot see returning to what used to be my favorite fast food place.
We ordered at the window, one meal deal & one extra sandwich. And cashier was uncommunicative, refused to repeat our order. It was about $30, when we were expecting $20, $22. We just paid for it at the window, credit card, and asked for the receipt, (cashier didn't like that either,) when we were handed the food /receipt, he hadn't rung it up as asked, with the meal plan upgraded, and changed us for the full price of poppers, and gave us an unwanted curly fries. Not only do we not care for them, they were overcooked and dried out. When I asked about a refund, he stated it had to go back onto the credit card. My Grandmother didn't like that, unsure of the tech, so we just left. I'm still mad about paying for nasty fries I specified I didn't want. Which I've never liked, my grandmother didn't want, And paying 'full price' for the poppers, which have gone up significantly in price Anyway. And why ever did Arby's get rid of the potato cakes?? I'm still salty and sad about that. Loser move Arby's. *edited to add- Another loser move by Arby's, responding to my review with a link that doesn't work. Sure you care about improving. -rolls eyes-
Ordered on line from the parking lot. Went in to use the restroom, I didn't expect our food to be done... and it wasn't he told me they were waiting on my fish to cook for my fish sandwich That is awesome!!! A hot fresh fish sandwich, yay!! I waited for 5 minutes at the counter. When the fish came up they wrapped up my sandwich and put it in already waiting bag with the rest of my order. I use to manage an Arby's... so I understand the thought process.. but my fries that had been sitting in my bag were gross before I ever opened the bag! They should have not bagged the rest of my food until my fish sandwich was done. I am sure if they would have done that the fry timer (saying the fries are old, throw them out... not being fit to serve) would have gone off and I would have had fresh fries! They were so bad we didn't eat them. I almost asked him before leaving the counter how old they were before bagging.. Guess now I know to ask! The staff was friendly.. the place was pretty clean.. just expected better fries
Presentation of food (fish) was not good and the roast beef looked and tasted old.
I go to this Arby's 4-5 times a week. to get my 93 yo mom's favorite shake, Jamocha
The pita bread on the Gyro was too hard. The Gyro had good flavor. The floor by the soda machine was sticky. The soda dispenser leaked water while I was filling my soda and it was hard to avoid getting the water in my soda.
This place should be banned. The most rudest manager ever and literally escalating this to corp. I had family in the car and they even recorded everything. We are not from Colorado but this was by far our worst drive thru experience. The fact I even took time out to write this message is ridiculous. This place is by far the worst.
Stopped into this Arby's for a evening snack on New Year's Day. Tried the macaroni and cheese bites. They are the delicious! Arby's, whenever you do new food, you do it like that! They are upper echelon restaurant quality made fresh. Kudos to the nice woman who was working that day. Made my New Year. She was kind and had a smile on her face just happy to be there.
