After sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes I left. Was asked to wait but not going to wait that long. I'm sure something was up but Taco Bell had no line and very nice employee!!

The lady working the counter was very honest about the situation, little too honest. Hadn't received a truck and was out of everything. May as well have closed shop for the day when we were there. What they did have and what we ordered, plain roast beef and cheddar fries, cause that's what we went in there for, was terrible because they had given up on trying to do their jobs and trying to please the customers. We threw it all away at Firehouse subs in Athens when we stopped again... The Guntersville location was terrible..

The fish sandwich and fries tasted burnt .. It was NASTY!!! I don't expect this from a restaurant in Guntersville. I guess I'll have to stay in Albertville .

Never been to an Arby's that's out of roastbeef. I can understand that supplies sometimes run out before the next shipment but I had a craving that wasn't sated.
