people come in screaming, yelling, start the fight rage about the food

It was refreshing to go through the drive-thru instead of having it delivered. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Food was hot and tasty.

Finally had a chance to try the burger and to say I was impressed, would be an understatement! I see people avoiding it because it's deep fried. Honestly, I would have never guessed. There isn't a greasiness to it at all. It seemed like a hand pattied 80/20 burger. 10x better than any other fast food restaurant.

Havnt been here in years because horrible customer service came to try the new sandwich ask for no tomatoes they still proceeded to put them I called and was hung up on called back when knew shift changed "manager eva" told me it was her General manager who hung up on me and told me to call back later not offering to fix my order or refund me my money ! Customer service is not hard just avoid this location other locations are actually very Plesent

The atmosphere and service were great, but I only got 7 out of 8 jalapeño poppers.

Asks me for a regular or a large proceeds to give me a small drink, and when I asked about it I was told this is the size a large lemonade comes in. I’ve ate here multiple times and haven’t encountered this before. If there was a size difference I should’ve been charged less

On two different occasions I've seen dogs in the dining room that clearly where not service animals. Four different times through the drive-thru and service has been terrible. Last time though, my order was taken but not rung up, so they tried to charge me for something else and didn't have it ready when I got up to the window.

Miss Lejla who was shift manager went above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with my entire order. Very bright and polite young lady, I will be back due to her kindness. Thank you lejla!
