We've been at the Cutlerville location twice in the last 6 weeks. The first time, they were out of beef! Arby's out of beef. The second time we ordered a Super Roast Beef Sandwich and there was no beef on the sandwich. Of course, we didn't notice until we got home. Avoid the 68th St. Arby's. Not worth the money or the headache.
Had a Crispy Chicken Club wrap last night around 10:30 pm. Waited several minutes for order, not too bad given the time of night and I hoped it meant the wrap would be fresh. Not only was the Chicken dry and overdone but the wrap itself was dried out. Evident ally, the sandwich ingredients must have been sitting around for a while. Very disappointing. Won't be going back to that store any time soon.
There service was super slow Tuesday night the week before was not like that and the fries were cold when I left
Had their 2 for $6 Fish Sandwiches and their Andes Mint Shake! So good!
They got a pretty good deal on two sandwiches, mix and match for seven bucks. I can eat the roast beef, but calling that gray meat roast beef is a stretch. Maybe Soylent gray?
The service was excellent.
