My mom already posted a review but she's too nice and forgiving we waited before going to the drive thru until after 2pm so we could get happy hour prices we then ordered and after paying realized we were over charged we asked why we didn't get happy hour prices the cashier said it's still five minutes til 2pm we then showed her both our phones said five minutes after 2pm she said that's not what are clock says and that's what we go by, so because the clocks in this Arby's are wrong we were charged far more for our food this is very wrong and should be fixed I'll also be going on they're site and filing a formal complaint, on top of all this we got zero dips for our nuggets and fries were cold terrible food terrible service
I've eaten a lot of freaking Arby's in my life. But this was way better. I may have been intoxicated but damn. Honestly they just hook it up and everything was hot and delicious. Good job Arby's employees. Also got take out like 4 times and they were all ready on time. And still hot.
Some time the food is better than other's.
You need to get your drive through sensor fixed. It never works for trucks and I sit there for 10 minutes. Happens all the time just ask your staff.
The vibe in this restaurant was very relaxing people were so patient with the staff that you could tell was short staffed but everyone saw the employees that were there hard at work serving hor fresh food. Good job
I ordered a double roast beef combo, waited over 30 minutes. Never received my food, the staff refused to help. I left without ever getting my food.
