Arby's

Have been eating biscuits and gravey from arbys for years. Never have I gotten the biscuits wrapped in sandwich wrappers and aju sauce cups. Wish people that are trying to demand 15 and hr actually did there job right for once.

Overall great service, good food

I was doordashing tonight and the team inside was awesome!!! They were understaffed and behind but kept going with smiles on their faces and the best customer service I have seen in a while. Keep up the good work and don't let the impatient doordashers get to you.

I don't really have a problem when I go to Arby's on rudisill The managers are always respectful The food is always hot and doesn't really take that long but the one downtown on Jefferson oh my God that's a totally different story I hate going down there

I ordered a fresh chicken bacon swiss out of the fryer he handed me a bag with old chicken and au jus dumped in bag..manager told me that the chicken he was handing me was fresh when it was floppy. I tried to give it back and he was very rude and aggressive and used foul language. He stated was fresh and that i was entitled and it was fast food not hot food. I told him I wasn't going to argue with him. It wasn't fresh. Csr Danielle tried to tell me to pull around and she would get a new one and tried to deescalate and the manager literally walked outside and continued to argue and said I wouldn't get a fresh one. Very unprofessional. Kid-friendliness: Uses foul language wouldn't recommend
