The woman working the drive thru on 2/29 about noon needs customer service training. She was very put out by me questioning what I received in my order being wrong and just threw her hands up saying uh that’s what came out and when I questioned her again she said they are very busy and she can’t do anything about it. Then I get to work and find out after eating about 1/3 of my sandwich that the chicken is not even cooked all the way through. They better not hope I get sick!! I will NEVER return here again

The absolute worst experience, from the food to customer service, I contacted Corporate, but no one has reached out to me, NEVER AGAIN!!!

So I went here tonight after work to use a gift card I had been given. The "Manager" Dennis, says my card wont read after trying to scan for 5 minutes without saying anything. I say "Oh can you just manually enter the card? Because I learned how to do this my first week of work when I was FIFTEEN years old. He says no, nothing he can do. No advice, nothing. So then I just go down the street to the Arby's in Westminster, same thing happens EXCEPT the cashier simply M A N U A L L Y enters the card. BOOM works, LIKE MAGIC. Congrats on becoming manager Dennis.

We frequent this location and have had great experiences; however, the last two times our order wasn't correct. The fish sandwiches are marked as if our requests of no tartar sauce were granted, but upon arriving home they're coated in sauce on the bun, lettuce, as well as what's between them. This has been surprising because normally they're really good about it. Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely accessible

Ordered here today, food was ok but the Reese's cookies expired 9/8/23, months ago. Had to toss them both they were so stale. Got nothing for that money.

I got a bacon cheese burger and the bacon was so hard I couldn't eat it and the burger was burned

Their food and customer service sucks. I didn't know it was possible to mess up a Reuben, but they certainly found a way. The fries were cold. Everything about the experience is awful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
