The ketchup dispenser was empty and the packages of ketchup all felt like they had honey spilled on them and were sticky and stuck together. The place was not all together very clean especially the floor was sticky.

I'm about done with Arby's on the west side. Recently went there and they were out of roast beef. Lol. How does that even happen? You're ARBYS!! Tonight, tried it again and they were out of all soft drinks. All.
