Arby's

It's always nice when I have piece of off colour meat that tastes bad hidden in my sandwich, presumably meat from the night before that didn't get used so they probably fridge it and reheat it the next day as this was right when they opened. I contacted Arby's so they "can make it right" but they never responded.. Here is a picture, the meat was more green however my camera just picked it up as off colour. *Edit* well now you guys tell me to fill out the form that I filled in the first place typed it all out. I am not going through that effort again. I did it once, nobody got back to me hence this review.

As others have mentioned, good luck if the older Asian lady is on drive thru. She seems to be running some sort of scam with the new City of Edmonton paper bag fees. I ordered at the window, was asked if I wanted my food in a bag. I said yes. No total given (Used to work at an Arby's, that wasn't how we were trained.) Get up to the window. My total is given to me the window is barely open, I have to reach and raise my butt off my seat to tap my card. Same deal with my drinks. Then she asks if I want my food bagged, I say "Yeah, I asked for a bag with my order." "Well you gotta pay cash..." "Why didn't you add it to my bill?" She just stares at me, "You want a bag. It's cash." "Well I only have debit..." Another huff as the debit machine is barely out the window again. Not sure if she's trying to avoid putting the bag charges in the till so she can pocket the cash or something. But just whole gave me the impression she was blaming me, when she could have asked before she took my payment. And I never got a receipt. So don't even know if I got double charged for the bag. Did check and she did only charge me the 15 cents. So kudos to her on that.

This Arby's has been around for decades and is still doing well! Nothing beats a classic beef and cheddar with Arby's sauce! Plus, now they have all sorts of extra options with the sides. I love it and have been a loyal customer for 30 + years

Got a double classic and the ratios were all off. There was so much cheese sauce that my bun disintegrated. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and restaurant was clean.
