Today is March the 30th 2024 I ordered me and my husband a double menu of of an RV roast beef sandwich and curly fries and a drink and I also ordered a cherry turnover and an apple turnover. I got a cherry turnover only . they didn't give me the apple turnover but they charged me for it. I tried to call them and the phone kept ringing and then it hung up. I just don't get it why don't they check the order before they handed out the door. As I have experienced in every restaurant so I give you bad service when you're driving through but they have to give you good service while you're face-to-face with him and I don't understand that So many times I've had to go back and waste my time going through line because I can't go in just to correct the mistakes that they make. On the upside their food is always good and the place is always clean in and out. Would I get orders wrong all the time, when it comes to drive through

cashier seemed a little destracted but great food and didnt wait long
One of the cleanest arby's, I've been to in a very long time. Service was great. Food was hot, I would definitely visit this establishment again
