Well, let's just say that it took an extra thirty minutes to eat our lunch when there was nobody in the restaurant. 1)We stood at the front counter for fifteen minutes. 2) Then, We were told by an employee that she would help us, but she couldn't clock in for another four minutes. 3) In the meantime, 2 people had problems with their orders and we're not happy. While we were standing there. 4) Instead of solving the problems with the upset customers, they argued about instead of just replacing the order And making it right to satisfy the customer. 5) Finally received our orders and two of the three orders were wrong. 6) by the time we got our food it was cold 7) Wanted additional sauce for sandwich and stood at the counter for 5 minutes Waiting to be acknowledged while people behind the counter Obviously saw me but ignored me. Other than that everything was fine. Lol
Tried to place an order via the drive-thru tonight around 9:30. They were out of roast beef... How does RB's, which literally stands for roast beef, run out of their namesake?
