Ordered the smokehouse brisket at around 9pm. I cam to pickup and got a completely different sandwich or completely skipped out. Regular bun, no cheese no onion one slice bacon and a pinch of actual brisket. $14 meal.

One of the WORST Arby's I have EVER, BEEN TO!!!! THE CUSTOM SERVICE WAS HORRIFYINGLY RUDE!! DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA GET KICKED OUT FOR ORDERING. I CAME HER AT 6 O CLOCK, AND THEY WERE CLOSED?? DISSAPOINTING!! I WENT WITH MY SON, AND THEY CURSED RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY POOR BOY. WHEN I GOT THE FOOD IT WAS TERRIBLE, I WANTED TO THE THROW THE UP, IT WAS DISGUSTING, SERVICE WAS THE WORSE!! THIS IS A SICK SICK BUILDING!!
