Terrible food quality

Just sat in line at the drive through. No answer no response. Wondered why everyone just kept driving off. Plenty of lost revenue. Been standing at the counter listening to people chat on the phone and was told to “hold on”. Now I am just waiting to see how long it takes.

She gave my fries fresh. Myvshake was incredible. The food was done in a timely matter I loved the experience

Here three hours before closing and no one is in the restaurant

These people absolutely deserve to work here.because they are too stupid to work anywhere else. You know you are screwed when they don't have the ability to even take a order..needs to be closed down

Arrived at drive-thru this afternoon at 2:15. There was a pickup truck that I thought was ordering in front of me and 3 vehicles behind me. After the pickup advanced to the pickup window I noticed he didn't stop to pick up an order and left. I waited to order for 10 minutes while cars were lining up behind me. I proceeded to the pickup window thinking maybe the microphone was broken. There was a girl inside at the window. She was looking at me but did not approach the window. I was yelling, "Are you open!" But she would not talk to me so I left and drove across the street. I watched the remaining cars, about 6 of them, do the same thing, and leave without service. I doubt I will stop here again. Very strange and eerie experience!
