Visited Canyon Meadows Arby’s for a late lunch, went thru the drive thru and was asked if I’d like a bag. Said yes with napkins & 2 Arby’s sauce as this location only provides one sauce per item & then it’s an extra charge p/sauce after that. Anyways I received my order & noticed on the receipt I was charged.15 cents for the bag & wasn’t told there was a charge. The city council voted to put a stop on bag charges but that’s not the point the point is why are you charging when I spoke with another Arby’s location & there not. .15 cents isn’t going to make me any richer or poorer, it’s about legendary service and you messed up big time. Here’s hoping this .15 cents makes you richer as Arby’s has lost a a customer for life.Arby’s needs to be upfront with customers as they have closed stores over the years & slowly falling off the QSR map. By doing this I couldn’t trust whether you’d be compliant to policies & procedures when it comes to product quality. Good luck & remember today’s landscape is full of competition, you should be focused on how to get me back one more time a month rather than losing me for life over bag.
This is a recently renovated Arby's, comfortable seating, lots of parking, and friendly staff. And I really recommend the cheese sticks. I think that they are the best in the city.
Drive thru. A great dependable meal. Would suggest less salt though.
