Drive thru didn't move for 15 min

A crusty cranky old man managing suspect in attitude high schoolers. Hamburger came out a runny mess. One way to tell mismanagement is how the bathrooms are kept and this bathroom had feces all over the toilet in the stall, if that was from an employee I can only imagine and have nightmares of wether they washed their hands let alone whether the feces were smeared on their clothes...Not to mention the F bombs coming from the kitchen while customers are dining in the dining area...left here feeling like I was caught up in a revenge plot that I did nothing to deserve...

My wife and I went to Arby's on 1/1/24 (Night after New Year's) (around 7:30 pm), we ordered a mocha shake and were treated with respect and fast service.. Thank you!!

I don’t eat at Arby’s frequently but enough to be familiar with them. Always enjoy the corned beef, Reuben, and the Greek gyros. This particular Arby’s served me up the best corned beef Ruben I’ve had an Arby’s, at least in my memory. The cashier was welcoming and friendly.
