Did even get to order there were three teenagers running the restaurant and I was standing for 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order and they just kept looking at me but completely ignoring me so my family and I decided to leave I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN they just don't care about their customers

Tried going into the lobby to get some early lunch. Walked across the street since I was getting my oil changed in my car at grease monkey. And doors where locked. Hours on Google say 930am. Hours on door say 10am. This was at 1030am. Asked the lady taking trash out she just shrugged her shoulders and said we are not open yet.If you are not going to be open during your posted hours then change them. Just walked across the street and got McDonald's. Probably for the best. Due to normally everytime you do go to this arbys the food is wrong or the older lady that works the window is always in such a rush and rude.

Make sure they do not walk away with your credit card.

Was ignored at first. Couldn't/didn't take order. Then when she did. Order wasn't correct. Didn't know till I got home. Fed sandwich to dogs.
