Do not place advanced orders. They won't be ready when you arrive and then the lady won't understand your questions and will just show you this card to get a refund. Also when I arrived during business hours the doors were locked and I had to come thru the drive thru. I just want to add though, the food is indeed usually good here.

Kudos to this Arby's for their super cleanliness everywhere. Staff was very courteous and of course, the food was delicious. I only wish Arby's hadn't got rid of their potato cakes, crinkle fries are good though.
