Cold stale fries Dried out meat one one sandwich, Other sandwich was totally incorrect. Save yourself the trouble and go to the 92nd/sheridan location. This one sucks.

This place is the worst the shift manager that worked Friday night is the worst manager I have ever dealt with......I will tell you this right now I will never go back to Arby's........p.s there is a great sandwich shop named snarfs 8 blocks away. .. go there instead

I love love the Ruben sandwiches. And the chicken strips were very good too. Parking: We normally go through the drive through. But we went inside to eat this time. It was awesome. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair friendly.

I love spending almost $60 on a door dash order to have to then drive to the restaurant and pick up the rest of my order to then come home to cold fries and a lukewarm sandwich. All because we can’t read an order and double check to make sure it’s all in there before door dash picks it up. Thank you, Arby’s for the stress free night after a long week! And my favorite part! Being treated like I’m the jerk when I was really mad I had to go get the rest of my order…again. Yup. Happens everytime.

Came through the drive through tonight to get some food using some coupons I received in the mail. The coupon was for a “$20 Family pack (2 beef n cheddars, two 6 piece chicken nuggets, 4 small fries AND 6pc mozzarella sticks). When I get to the window the man stated that he couldn’t give me the mozzarella sticks with the deal even though it clearly stated it on the coupon. Wanted to argue with me then stated he was in fact the manager. On top of that they said their shake machine was “out of order”. Really they just had a long drive through line and didn’t want to deal with coupons or shakes. When we got home took out all our food, the fries are dry hard and cold. Definitely not fresh! We only live down the road so it’s not like it was a long trip home where they could have gotten cold. Very disappointed in this establishment their customer service and food quality! Wouldn’t go there again.

Roast meat was warm not hot. Had no curly frys available.

Just went though drive through missing cherry turnover and side of aujuice $2.49 not including tax please give turnover to one of your team members thank you
