Wanted to share our wild Valentine's Day experience at Aqimero. My partner and I had a reservation for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner at Aqimero, 1st floor in Ritz at 9:00 pm. Upon our arrival, we were hit with a mysterious "accident," causing a 30-40 minute delay for everyone. No prior notification was given. Cool, we thought, let's take a stroll for 30 mins. Came back at 9:40 pm to find our table still unavailable. Shockingly, we were told to wait an additional 30-40 minutes, pushing our dinner reservation to even later than 10:00 pm. Seriously? Who would want their dinner at late night? With no alternative plans for Valentine's Day and it's freezing outside, we could not have any other plan B. No heads up about the delay, no real explanation for the "accident," and zilch in terms of compensation. We even paid a booking fee for this mess. The only thing they can do is to refund our book fee but our V-Day plans went down the drain. Save yourself the headache – and we are disappointed with the chaotic management and lack of customer care. We won't be recommending this restaurant or hotel never ever in the future.

Staff was very friendly. The food was great. Very cool place.

Went out with the family to grab a bit to eat and was truly upset with the lack of service took host 15 minutes just to attend us. Then they turn off the lights on us before evening bringing us our check. I truly do not recommend this location.

This was by far the worst dining experience. The restaurant decided to move every ones reservation out by 30 minutes to an hour. Without informing anyone!! Additionally, they had no where for people to sit with staff actually being rude if you sat in the center section. To add insult to injury, this was Valentine's Day and you had to prepay for the reservation. Spending 500 dollars for service never received, the disappointment on my dates face and the staff not giving a damn says all you need to know about this establishment.

The restaurant is located inside of a beautiful hotel lobby. The seating is gorgeous. The food is okay, it is definitely fancy and I heard from my meat eating friends that it was delicious. I was there for an event and the servers were not great at answering our questions regarding dietary restrictions, they were also really slow with procuring nonalcoholic drinks. I think the emphasis was on meat an alcohol, but both of those things were top notch.

Went to celebrate husband’s bday! Great ambience and vibes. The restaurant is located in the lobby of Ritz and has a nice loud feeling to it. Food was good however service was a bit slow. Overall a great place to have dinner!
