Way smaller than i though. There's no bar control so its hard to get a drink . The DJ is a joke, he played music from YouTube the whole night. And their add said Live DJ. Its an ok place if you can't find anything better to do. A little over priced for what it is. This place should def not be your first choice thou.
I came here years ago when it used to be packed and busy. I came out for a DJ event last night. All the individuals that I came upon said it was their first time at APT 503. It's very underrated for a cool little spot. The entrance is always confusing, but if you park in the garage ($16 max), you can enter through the door to get to the elevator. The front entrance through by Starbucks on Wilshire is closed. You have to enter through the side doors in an alleyway between building and garage. Take the elevators to the 5th floor, and the line begins there. I love all the decor/ambiance of this spot. There's two bars now and a kitchen where you can order food. Again, haven't been here in ages, so the additional bar and food were new! The crowd was and have always been younger but it was cool to experience again. I loved that there's an outdoor area and indoor area playing two different djs giving variety. It wasn't too busy/crowded, but the vibe was chill. People were chill.
It's totally ghetto place with ghetto customers and staff. I totally made a mistake. There are a lot of nice places to go for in Ktown. If you feel ghetto stop bye and paid fee snd hang with ghetto people.
Very poor quality cocktails. We ordered a bodka soda with orange juice and a Moscow Mule and they really tasted more like juice than cocktails. I recommend you order beers and don't waste your money ordering cocktails.
Denied entry to a bar in LA because we’re gay, our group of 30 decided to take our business elsewhere. Their loss—that’s substantial lost revenue from drinks alone.
