waited 15 minutes and no sign of a hostess to even seat us, don't waste your time coming here

Food was delicious

Waitress was already in a mood from the second we walked in. Asked her to please get someone to wipe the table because it was sticky. She rolled her eyes and visibly huffed as it was an inconvenience. She then looked shocked when she picked up the menu and it stuck to the sticky table. I get things happen. Not a big deal, until she went over to her coworkers and she started pointing in our direction and laughing with the other workers. She definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. Still left a generous tip because I understand times are tough.

Came to eat today and stood there for a good 20mins with no one acknowledging me and my party. There were 3 servers, all talking in a circle. They noticed us after about 5mins but still continued to talk and one of the servers walked near us to check on tables like three times but didn’t even look in our direction. I would understand if it was busy but it was literally dead (it was raining). A couple people at the bar and a couple tables all already settled in with their food. Last time we came here, we waited 30mins until someone came over just to tell us that their kitchen was closed, which it was not. The people here just don’t care, they were probably hoping for us to just leave.

Showed up around 10pm and it was pretty empty, maybe 2 tables and three people at the bar. I waited with my party of 4 at the door for about 20 minutes while 3 employees were chatting to each other at the bar. An employee walked past us twice and never acknowledged us. We never got seated or even talked to so we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this location, the Millbury location has better service

I like to come here when they have their specials. They recently had the 2 for $25 deal where you can get 2 salads or an appetizers and 2 entrees for just $25. They had a month where they served $5 margaritas too. Cool place just watch for their ads on TV.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from the hostess, waitress to the management team. Dirty. Unorganized. 15 employees standing around, 3 managers in the back yet nothing getting done. Just close this building down. It's trash. ️
