They were having staffing issues so it was a bit of delay to get a seat, but the food came pretty quickly and the waitress was great.

It started out good, but went down hill fast!! We have been waiting 35 minutes and counting for drink refills and second serving of shrimp. People behind us have been served shrimp twice. Think we will stick with roosters...

Our server was incredibly attentive...even though the dining room was busy with families who wanted the all you can eat special. The food ...as always...was typical all you can eat mediocrity, but the service was great.

I have never had my time wasted like it was yesterday. My family came to enjoy applebees lunch as we don’t go to applebees often due to POOR SERVICE. Well my husband waited at the front for someone to help him for 30 WHOLE MINTUES. I called several times to the store for them to come up no one would answer. He said excuse me to an employee and she looked at him and rolled her eyes. That was the last straw. I don’t know why we thought it would be worth a 30 min wait for him to be helped and then to eat there. The way he was ignored and the attitude he received from the worker. She also went outside and got into her car as we were pulling off. Probably taking a smoke break. Never will come here again. Such a waste of time and disgrace.

Where do I start, I walked in ask how the long the wait was for my family if 5 she said I need to go clear a table off. Another one walked up and said would be about 2 hours because they are short staff. The lady went to go clear the table off and flat disappeared. Another party came in and got the table. It was party of 9. Another party of 5 came in and said I’m sorry we are full and it was a party of 5. It seems to me the servers are sitting people they want because they charge extra fee for a larger group. The team looks very frustrated at their job or management. This restaurant needs help big time. I’m glad we are visiting from out of town
