Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came in with my family of 4 didnt receive silverware at first, order our appetizers and drinks like 35 mins later get our drinks. My meal was cold to the touch told them to remake and 45 mins later after my entire family was fone eaten my food came back out. When askd to talk to a manager he vanished with our bill.

April 5, 2024, about 1 or 2. We are told most rudely that we cannot sit in an almost empty restaurant (or at the bar) for 10 minutes by a poorly dressed rude man. No explanation, no apology. Nothing. We left never to come back, ended up welcomed somewhere else.

Found hair in food. Ruined vibe of the occasion celebrating a birthday an Easter. Remade food but no offer or anything. Doubt will be back

This is a good place but they never have enough staff.

Applebee's food was hot and tasty. Service was fast with a pleasant smile. I would recommend going there. I will go again.

Honestly the worst Applebee's I've ever been to. It wasn't busy at all but the service was incredibly slow. The waitress wouldn't even interact with my friend who has autism. The hostess was very rude to us and the people in front of us. Honestly your better off going to the Applebee's in monroe or dundee. We were there for 3 hours and most of it was waiting. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The waitress never took any plates off pur table. It was honestly awful

By far my favorite restaurant, my wife doesn't like the food that much but it's a great restaurant for a family with children. Everyone knows Applebee's.. well because it's fancy. Thanks Applebee's for the customer service and eating good in the neighborhood.
