Applebee's Grill + Bar

Restaurant was super nice to me and was one of the cleanest Applebees we’ve visited Kid-friendliness: Our kids were treated wonderful by our waitress Wheelchair accessibility: There were ramps to allow us to bring my mother to the table and to the front door.

I understand waiting if you arrive and the tables are full but we arrived and absolutely no one assisted us. The bar girl saw us and called no one and the waiters were like 3, one with pink hair and two buns, a guy with dreadlocks and another white lady who was clocking in. They all saw us, the pink hair girl stared at us but no one came to at least ask us to wait. The place was empty by the way so waiters were doing absolutely nothing.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever walked into in my life. The tables are not properly cleaned, the window ledge near the table we sat at had liquid and someone’s hair on it, the picture frames have noticeable sauce and sticky spots on them, as well as the drink menus on the tables… My meal was pure salt and I had the chicken quesadilla salad, guacamole I couldn’t even finish. My boyfriend had the Mac and cheese pasta and the sauce was all over the side of the dish it looked so sloppy and unappealing… My appetite was ruined before I even ate because I’m wondering what the kitchen looks like if the public area is in the shape it’s in. There’s garbage all over the floor and there’s staff standing around and walking by it multiple times and nobody is picking it up, the bathrooms are horrendous and I’m currently sick in the bathroom from the chicken I had from my supper. The server saved it she was good and nice, the server was nice enough to come over and acknowledge my allergy that I told the server about so we appreciated that… but still also walked passed the same garbage on the floor and did not pick it up… My salad was good other than the bad chicken and over use of salt. Won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.
