Applebee's Grill + Bar

I called and spoke to Kerry or Carry, whatever her name is. I was in a happy mood, I says good afternoon, happy Friday all cheerful. I asked if they had happy hour, she was so rude in her response and before I can finish talking, she hung up. I won’t come to this place. Even if it’s not happy hour. Just her rude interaction over phone was enough for me.

Servers were extremely rude, I am only twelve and they pressured me and my friends saying “You have a reputation here” only because the one time I came I had barely any money, and she had basically criticized us for not tipping, it ruined the whole atmosphere.

Went to my granddaughters fund raiser for her softball team. Food was good and the service was great.

Sirloin was dry, and the manager had to be involved to get a new fresh one done. The attendant was not even close to being enthusiastic or charm like it should be. 3 to 6 happy hour was only in bar area, all Applebee's I have been gives you the happy hour regardless where are you sitting. I'm never going back to this location.

Everything was fantastic. The food, service and atmosphere were top notch.

Arrived at 1:15 asked to be seated in the Bar area by the 2 stoic & unfriendly Hosts, the area was 90% vacant was told there would be a 20 min wait, to be honest establishment was pretty empty for a Saturday football day, they both went to the mngr ea giving there say on why I wanted to talk to the mngr, finally went over to the mngr being that he wasn't coming to me, explained that I wasn't happy that I needed to come to him & that I would need to wait 20 minutes to be seated , at that point told him they needed to learn better customer especially at the door, smiles would have been nice, even the rest of staff looked unfriendly, told him not to concern himself because I would be going up the street to Outback where I've always experienced superb Customer Service. Needless to say did not have my lunch & watch the games as planned Not the 1st time I've had sub-par Customer service at this location, 3 of the 4 times have been there subpar. Our home is 1½ mile from this location
