Applebee's Grill + Bar

We enjoyed our meal and our server was good. However, we arrived and ordered by 8:30, with the understanding that kids eat free (see picture). Our bill arrived at 9:13 and we were admonished that kids only eat free until 9 p.m. Well, we had ordered at 8:30, so.....Also, nowhere is it advertised that "night" ends at 9 p.m. They did ultimately honor the free kids meals, but it required a push back. "Rules" should be clearly posted on the menu, in the restaurant, or described by the server. Had we known there was a 9 p.m. cutoff, we would have requested our bill earlier. We will be unlikely to return to this particular Applebee's.

Waited at front door for over 20 minutes. Never seated us. The waitresses all disappeared. Several waited and several of customers left disgusted. Would not recommend this for anyone. They need to take care of customers or they will not survive the competition.

Omg I stopped in today 3/9/24 with my great grandson and my grandsons I’m holding my great grandson and nobody tried to seat us the server looks at me and walk off . So i decided to just go in seat myself when I tell you absolutely no one talked to us I get the attention of the young lady I saw earlier to bring us some menus and she disappeared again so now I see another young lady to order and she tells me I have to wait that’s when I said enough is enough and walked out Terrible does not describe the service I got the service I got 61 year old great grandmother got treated like this Pt2 don’t fall for someone reaching out to you like they really care they really don’t this has got to be the absolute worst non customer caring company ever Please don’t respond to me know save your lies for someone else

This place was the only place open for a sit down restaurant after 7p we had high hopes thinking it’s gotta be good since they have business. Nope apparently they forgot how to train waitresses. She was nice enough but a simple thing as getting a straw for my drink not once but twice was a lot of struggle for her, not just cause she never showed up at the table. The building wasn’t even full and the other table was complaining about the same things we were.

Was sat down for 30 minutes & never even received a drink..
