Applebee's Grill + Bar

DO NOT go to this Applebee's. They are terrible. The waitress was in training and absolutely horrible and her trainer was even worse. I didn't get to eat my food with my family because my meal didn't come out until about a half hour after everyone got their meal. I had to take it to go. When we decided to speak up We never got an apology, the excuse was "well she's in training".... lastly the receipt was completely wrong. Charged us for things that we didn't even order. My daughter's bread sticks was a freaking brick she couldn't even eat it. And in total we were there for about 2 hours and the appetizers came out at the same time as our dinner. Horrible horrible service

I'm sitting in the booth 1 hr and 15 mins later from our walkin/sit-down time. We got water bc they couldn't figure out our alcoholic beverage order, then proceeded to bring us our actual beverage 20 mins later, and 35 mins later got our appetizer, still sitting here waiting for our dinner, the manager came over and apologized and we thought it would get better, did it? No not at all actually, she forgot a beer refill, and no word on our meal yet, not impressed, and not coming back, I love Applebee's but this is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. I'm sorry to say I drove by red lobster, Texas Roadhouse, dairy Queen and McDonald's to come here. I'd go for some cold McDonald's fries and a sloppy quarter pounder with cheese, hot fudge sundae, and large Fanta fountain drink.

Food took almost 90 minutes for basic Applebee's food . It wasn't busy and had we four young kids trying their best to behave woupd have left but it eas late and kids needed to eat.unapologetic Manager.will not be back to this location

The food and the service were both excellent! Definitely going back!

I want to first give a shout out to our amazing waiter Deo. Honestly amazing best waiter I have ever had. Found me a drink I absolutely love which if ur here and like whiskey have to try a godmother dale was nothing but professional amazing and kind and made our night amazing so thank you and give that Man a raise

The service was slow. Took him forever to first greet the table then it took a long time to get our food. The food came out cold and when we reordered it took twice as long to get the food. Very unpleased. The restaurant was cold inside too

Food and drinks were tasty.

The steak was not tender at all the Parmesan cheese was not fresh the broccoli was not fresh even the plate it came on wasn't coean

Worst experience in an Applebee's by far! Service was sooooo slow! It took over 30 minutes for an order of 6 Boneless wings, one order of wings was supposed to have fries and we never got those, the waitress forgot who ordered what, and then tried to charge us for 3 all you can eat specials when there was only 2 of us! Then made a comment of "oh, it was just the 2 of you?" When we went to get it fixed. Clearly there were only 2 people at the table the whole time! She then dismissed us rudely by telling us to go back to our table when we just wanted to pay and leave! As a restaurant manager...train your staff better, or hire better!
