Applebee's Grill + Bar

Terrible food it's all I can say is terrible second time I've been there and it was the same way the first time should have learned my lesson

The saddest Applebee’s on planet Earth. “SadApplebee’s”. Open late night-ish, but impossible to get an adult beverage at the bar within one hour of closing (11p). If you had planned to walk here from Talking Stick Amphitheater for a tasty post-concert adult beverage, you will leave here sad and thirsty. :(

Hot food, excellent service, and the server did not constantly bug while still making sure we were satisfied. Would have liked patio seating.

We will not be coming here again. I was a frequent customer here. We went to have dinner the other night for the first time with new diet restrictions. I substituted mash potatoes and regular broccoli for cheesy broccoli. I was charged an extra 16 dollars for the substitution. I was not told before hand until I got the check that there was an extra charge. The manager at the time spoke to me and told me next time order my sides that come with the meal PLUS broccoli and cheese instead. The manager kindly took off 12 bucks off our check, thankfully, so we were only left with 4 dollars extra charge. Service was very slow, we also order 50 cent wings and got our check before the wings came out. Look to me they were short staffed, happens. I will not come back due to extra charges for substitutions here. Applebees is no longer diet friendly like in the past.

Asked for a well done and I got this pink burger me and my kid bit in dark in car realized after it was pink so we just threw. It away. Still trying to get refund which they say they would but lied acting dumb like they can't remember speaking with us . Never again will I go here

We enjoying Applebee's and I get it when people have a bad day. But me and my wife went to the one on 83 Ave and Thomas and received pretty bad service from the bartender that was working yesterday around 3 or 4. There where only two other couples at the bar at it was slow, so short staff was not the problem. We ordered two appetizers and two drinks that's it. We got our first appetizer about 10 minutes after ordering no problem. Then about 20 minutes later we realized the second appetizer we haven't got she ignored us the entire time we were there.So I asked did she put it on our order if not it's ok just take it off we're good she looked back at me like not acknowledging what I said then came back out brought out the taco that barely had anything on them and cold. And by this point it was just us and another couple there. Look I appreciate hard work and I tip pretty good but when people at like it's expected without good service it's just not right, so yes I left no tip. So when I got home checked my account there was a separate charge after at Applebee's she gave herself at tip I mean stole money from me, someone in management needs to address this serious issue.
