Friendly staff, good food, excellent coffee

Avaliar com 5 estrelas é esperado para esta rede! A comida cumpriu com o propósito - fenomenal! Chego a dizer que a costela é melhor do que da rede concorrente. O atendimento foi muito bom, mas vale levar em consideração que no dia estava bem vazio, logo isso é o básico. Bem, gosto muito da rede e certamente irei novamente!

Food was good but the manager was a little uptight lol… was rude when we wanted to change seating then thought we were dine and dashing when we got up to leave and left cash on the table with a $40 tip the waitress was nice tho

Staff wasn’t really friendly. The food was ok

The waiters and waitresses working on the second floor just stood by the cash register and chatted. We didn’t want to yell “Excuse me” across 15 ft, so we tried to get their attention to place an order by waving our hands. After several attempts in 5 minutes, we just stood up and left.

Everything here costs more than it does at other Applebee’s. The service is very bad. After you get seated, you feel like you’re waiting forever for someone to take your order and once they give you your food they never come back unless you call them over. Their food is not cooked properly. I ate here recently and even though the food looks done you can tell that it needs to be cooked more and they often get orders wrong too. I would not recommend coming to this Applebee’s.
