Applebee's Grill + Bar

So I arrived at 9:20. There’s a sign that clearly states they close at 11. A server with dark hair and a red shirt comes up to the door as I’m approaching it, slams it, then locks it. We asked if they’re closed and she ignored us and walked off. I called three times and no one answered. There’s not a lot of people inside, but if the service is bad at tables as it is with management then I can see why.

One of the worst restaurants we have visited in a very long time. Wednesday October 11 at 5:45pm, husband and I came in for cheap drinks and dinner. 15 minutes after sitting down at the VERY DIRTY bar, we ordered a round of drinks from the bartender that was also server for a section of seated tables on the other side of the restaurant. Bartender/server came back to see if we were ready to order and we needed time. That was the last time she ever checked on us. After almost an hour with one round of drinks and no food, we paid and left without eating and went to Miller's Alehouse where we actually get good service. Will never return.

They have routinely closed the store early and are incredibly rude in doing so. Was looking forward to meal with friends but it was cut short.

It was the worst experience we had. Had to wait 15 mins for a table even though there was about 30 or more tables were empty. Our appetizers were cold. My dinner was cold. And my husband's onion rings were burnt. And his fish was not cooked. That is after waiting 45 mins for our food.

Man, now I remember why I don’t go to Applebees. No amount of $1 margaritas can make up for the trash food and trash service. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here.

Only one other table in restaurant, a little after 3 in the afternoon. 40 minutes to get order. Probably would have been longer but I FINALLY asked hostess since I couldn't find the server. Had to ask for refills, and to go boxes. Server didn't come back to table until we needed check. Worst experience EVER at an Applebees.

It must be hard to keep staff when you are closing a store. No greeter today. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. It seems that the bartender and 2 servers were working the whole place. Music was loud and horrible. Mostly hip hop but some heavy metal rock mixed in. Bartender was too busy with bar to get us drink refills or even check on us. When I asked about the staffing problem was told the location was closing in 3 days. I guess if you are losing your job in 3 days, why even try.

I drove 30 mins for the hours to be wrong. They locked the doors at 9:50. Says they are open till 11.

Place has gone down over the years.Carside to go is in shambles. Every time I go here food is never ready and always cold.Wait 20 minutes or longer.Never gets any better.
