Applebee's Grill + Bar

I placed a group order online through the Applebees website for delivery and it was a disaster. My 8 oz steak meal was not delivered and another meal was not prepared correctly (Mac and cheese didn’t have cheese on it. SMH) James, the manager, was absolutely no help. He told me the delivery driver must’ve stolen my food. The delivery driver said they delivered what the restaurant gave them. At the end of it all I was left without a meal. Had I known that when you order through the Applebees website they use a 3rd party delivery (door dash) I could have made other arrangements to avoid this issue altogether. I would’ve liked my money back for the meals that were messed up since I had to order more food; instead, all I am left to do is write this review. SMH Please, if you are an organization, I strongly urge you to not eat here. James manages this place poorly and will not be any help if you encounter an issue.

Called this Apple Bees to place a to go order and the MANAGER that answered the phone said he didn’t have anyone there to take my order but he standing right here not doing nothing while I’m waiting on my food. I asked him why he couldn’t take my order and he said he didn’t have anyone to take it. Smh I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Satisfaction is the key to customer service and he didn’t even take my order I had to order online like he said which meant I was driving headed there and had to pull over just to order online. This is lazy. #JAMESRABY

I had been craving a steak all week! My wife and I placed a Togo order at the bar inside and was never asked what kind of salad dressing or sides with our meals. After getting home I noticed my steak was not prepared like I wanted, which was medium well and I did not want the sides that came with it. I wanted double fries. No dinner that night. I returned the meal with receipt the next day for a remake with sides I wanted. I cut the steak once down the middle in the restaurant and It seemed to be as I wanted it. When I got home and cut the steak up I found it was worse than the first one I just returned. It seems the cook is not checking the internal temperature (150°-155° for medium well) since the steaks are cut very thick. I left a detailed message for the manager to call me back since I work 70 hours a week and after 3 days and no response all I could do was leave this review.

Waiter is walking around with her thumb in her Mouth ... That is so Unsanitary... handling Food n Alcohol.... I am devastated I can't eat under these types of conditions COVID is very much still a issue .. Kid-friendliness: My kids are cleaner then these waiters They Just nasty

Took them almost a hour to seat us! After being told it would be a 15 minute wait. We also were seated after two guest the we were in front of! Just for us to be seated all the way in the back of the restaurant at a table that the light wasn’t even working on! The waitress didn’t give us time to sit and enjoy the food. She brought the ticket out before we even got a chance to reorder other items! Felt rush everyone was unprofessional. The waitress was also on her phone having a full blown conversation while taking payment! Don’t recommend! We will never return!
