Had a very nice experience.. Food was hot and delicious..waitress was amazing and very attentive

Was not happy with food or service had not been in a while, but decided to give it a try, I should have followed my first mind.....

The woman that greeted us seem like she didn’t even want to be there; look disheveled; unhappy. That was a sign to leave. Saw a lot of empty tables & those that were occupied their drinks were almost done. Was told wait time was 10-15; another family came in and was told 30 mins; all while I have already waited 13 mins. To my fellow VETERANS… nope, naw, and no!!!!

We were seated but never got waited on. Go early on any day, especially on weekends, because they will be short staffed.

Been waiting on a waitress for 30 minutes now waiting on a drink for 23minutes finally wrong drink food order been placed I'm sure it will be a hour

I waited almost an hour for a to-go order here. Their website claims they do curbside to-go, so that’s how I ordered. I arrived at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes, only to call them asking about my order and be told they don’t do curbside. No biggie, but after going inside I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my order. No one would give me any details about when it would be ready. The manager finally came out, asked me what I was waiting for and she brought my food out shortly after. She told me she put a coupon in the bag to accommodate my wait - this was a lie. The food was cold and dry. The general atmosphere of this restaurant is dirty and very unprofessional. The restaurant was not busy at all, and for obvious reasons.

Cant really speak on the customer service because we weren't serviced! Me and my husband went literally 5 min ago and we had to wait to be seated bcs no one was there. Then after we were seated we sat there for 10-15 min and noone cane to our table at all. I even stood up and looked around to see who was supposed to be waiting on us. My husband said the guy that came in after us already had a some water at his table but we got no service. We just got up and left because obviously thats what we were going to have to deal with for our entire stay and we will pass.

No one greeted us when we walked in and the waitress was very dry and not friendly at all she didn't ask if we needed refills or anything the food was alright and I will not be returning and they were not crowded....
