Applebee's Grill + Bar

We were the first table sat in the servers area. We got our drinks then waited 20 minutes to order because he was being sat constantly. They were getting a before-dinner rush. We finally ordered our food after 4 other tables already got their order put in. Well, We thought our order was put in. We asked the server many times about our food he went and checked. As working at Applebee's before. When you check on food you just don't look for it. You ask about it. So come to find out an hour and 30 minutes later we found out our order was not even put in. So waited another 20 minutes before we could eat. I've never had a bad experience here until that day. I do understand being busy and making mistakes. If you need help. Just ask someone instead of getting all worked up. Everyone has a first day by themselves. You will never learn if you don't make mistakes. Just always own up to them like our server did. The manager came out and made everything right. It was a very long dinner.

Managers are unprofessional

We did not have a good experience here. The staff kept side eyeing my boyfriend and giving him dirty looks. Everything took so long. Then when the food finally comes out, my burger had the piece of wax paper that’s used to separate cheese slices on the actual burger. Other than that, the food was just okay, which is why they’re getting 2 stars on food instead of 1.

Managers are rude and non accommodating

Received a watered down drink and the manager, without checking it, insisted it was correct and would not be replaced. Even when presented with that same drink tasting totally different at another Applebee's she failed to consider that her drink mixer messed it up. I watched the supposed bartender make other drinks and she poorly measured each and every ingredient as she struggled to read the recipe apparently on a card or something in front of her. Food was mediocre at best and fries came out ice cold. Server was the best part of the experience. Hopefully she will soon find a better establishment to work at.

Great food my server Chloe was very helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be back soon

Food is always good. Waitress was excellent!
