Applebee's Grill + Bar

Today was a terrible experience. I ordered the two for $25.00. I ate the fiesta chicken, it was good, and I ordered the chicken strips to go. However, first, the waiter charged me $27.00 instead of $25.00, and second, the chicken strips were terrible, burned, and horrible. See pictures. I advise you to stay away from this place.

Very good food and friendly atmosphere

me and my sister came in last night at about 9:00 and the store was not busy at all, the girl at the host stand with the braids and glasses looked at us, didn’t greet us, or even tell us how long we would be waiting, she just walked away. The manager in the back with the rest of the crew came and looked at us waiting to be seated (mind you its only 2 of us) and continued to just walk around and talk. So we then left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Will Never Come Back !

My burger was salty, and the salad was slimy. It took forever to get my food, and the waitress was not great

We had a large party of 25 ( basketball team ) and the service and food was great. Thankful for good service and friendly waiters and waitress

Let me start with this: I think Applebee's is a very good place to get a decent meal at a reasonable price. This was definitely an "off" day for them. Their bartender had walked out, and the server was trying to take orders, make specialty drinks, and serve food. That being said, the food was really good, when we got it. The monthly drink was sickly sweet, which was to be expected. My daughter had the appetizer sampler platter, and it was really great. Their cheese sticks are really good. My husband had the Bourbon Street mushroom and Swiss burger, and it was delish! I had the classic burger, and it was good. I normally order the Fiesta lime chicken and will say, it is always fantastic! They have a decent happy hour. The reataurant is always worth a try. It is normally a good place to get a good meal.

This is the nicest way to put this, but this place is run by retarded servers & managements & cooks. I went in today just to take my kids for a quick bite for dinner. This place is a complete clown show. Tacky workers. Rehab/ Ex Junky managers. Murk my words this place will be shut down soon. They dont give a damn. From the moment you walk thru the doors. Worst restaurant in little rock.

Service was horrible. Red flag should’ve been they didn’t have men(no big deal really). We were seated. The table was sticky. Ordered our food. Forgot sweet fixed. n- lo for our tea. When we went to the ba to get sweet n lo because we hadn’t seen our waitress in 20 minutes, the tray it was given to us in had grime and filth on it. We got our food after 30-40 minutes(they forgot our appetizer) we were given plastic silverware(weird). Another 15-20 minutes and we got our appetizer. We got the mozzarella sticks. The marinara didn’t look right and it didn’t taste right. It like it was old and souring. Well, we finally got our ticket. We were over charge by about $15. Waited another 10 minutes to get that fixed. Then our waitress stood there and just watched us sign the check and waited. That was really strange. Overall after everything, we notice that the restaurant had a missing part on the door and lots of wear and tear on the building. While we were there, I noticed other people waiting longer than a restaurant typically has you wait. They also messed up 3 other peoples orders while I was there. Probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
