Applebee's Grill + Bar

There is 3 waiters on the floor and bout 7people in here and the waiters keep walking past us looking at us ignoring us.

Bad food. Bad service waitress never ask us if we needed anything. Waited 20 min when place was. Half empty. Never ask about refills or. Anything. Just bad service. 100. Bill. I left 10 tip should have left. Nothing. Will not go back. Really. Bad experience

My wife and I walked into this restaurant at approximately 7:15 PM on a Monday. There were literally four customers at two tables. A server walked up to us after about five minutes and said it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for us to get a table. And we kind of misunderstood and thought we could be seated and possibly take our drink orders what have you but no she actually wanted us to sit in the waiting area for 15 to 20 minutes with four people in the restaurant. I understand it’s hard to find help, but lady if you can walk up to me , you can put me at a table and get me a drink. This is got to be the worst case of not giving a damn I have ever seen in my life.

My mother's food came out cold and me my burger was over cooked and dry and and my french fries were Luke warm

Id give 0 stars if i could ! We got there , they were not busy AT ALL and no host or servers to be seen . We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated , about 15 for a server to even get our drink order . They took over 15 minutes to bring my dad his beer , brought food out it was cold , steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was BURNT , asked for another one to be made , margarita still never came so we asked to have that taken off . 30 minutes go by , still no steak , then we get our bill and they charged us for the steak that my dad never got to eat and the margarita that was never brought to us and we had to take off . Will never be back again ! Y'all are terrible !!

Ordered curbside called in 20 mins prior to arriving. I called let them know I was here took an additional 20mins to bring food after calling about it twice. Got my food and it was cold this location sucks big time

The bourbon chicken and shrimp was so good. The Blondie butter pecan is awesome. Our server was very nice and efficient.

Riblets were burnt, service was more worried about chit chatting With each other than actually taking care of any of the customers.. Applebee's nationwide has gone downhill they should just close the doors.

My food was cold and tasteless. I don't know WHY I gave them another shot. I will order from South Parkway from now on. Then I saw a Facebook post THE SAME...
