Applebee's Grill + Bar

This particular restaurant is really bad- or disorganized?? as far as seating the customer. First time we went in we had to wait for the host to be found and the second time - with two families waiting to be seated - they had to find the host and then when he came out he proceeded to help a delivery driver first. We left.

Definitely not worth the trip, wait, or the money. The waiter didn't bring napkins or utensils. I had to ask 4 times to get utensils and we only got 3 sets for 5 people, so we had to ask for more again. We were told it was a 10 minute wait but waited 40 minutes. One plate was full of grease and the other plate was cold, the cold one got sent back and came back full of grease too. They sent us an extra plate of food that we didn't ask for and like 6 sauces. So on the check we saw we were charged 20$ for that plate we didn't order and 1$ for each sauce. Our check for 3 people was 84$ outrageous considering the food was pisspoor.

Food is horrible and over priced.

Ernest did a wonderful job taking care of us. He was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful!

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Terrible service and food was not good!

Food was okay, wouldn’t come back to eat again. Shortly after my boyfriend and I ordered , there was a lady who came in after us, and she got her food within 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile we had waited for at least 25-30 minutes after we ordered. They weren’t that busy at all. Boyfriend wasn’t pleased with his meal and mine was decent. Server was slow and rarely checked on us as if she was trying to avoid us. Overall we just weren’t satisfied. Restaurant is not like it used to be anymore.
