Applebee's Grill + Bar

When there for lunch and got the fish and chips here's the problem the inside of the battered fish was undercooked my fries were cold and the green beans were cold too my coworker ordered the shrimp and chicken salad and her chicken was also under cooked and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order just a terrible experience and wish I had not waisted my money I hope I don't get sick not trying to give Applebee's a bad reputation I'm just talking about my experience at the location on eight mile and Woodward Detroit ...... when back and told the manager what happened the previous day and he reordered the same thing I had the day before and it was better the fish was cooked right and my fries were not hot but they were cold either I appreciate that they took the time to correct my experience and I give them a thumbs up

I always use Uber eats, I really like the food here, I spend a lot of money here....but a lot of the times like tonight, your staff forget half my meal, and I just do not understand the consistency in the same mistake. I'm very upset this keeps happening, how are you going to go about fixing this issue?

I decided to try and give this place another try after my previous experience. I brought my husband here, first was the glass in the parking lot. Then came the half empty restaurant, with no host available with dirty dishes at what was supposed to be the available seating. After looking around, then comes a man (supposed to be host) to tell us there will be an hour wait. That we could sit at the bar with all the dirty dishes on them. Over half the restaurant was empty. Leaving disappointed, my husband went to ask for a manager and low and behold, the host was gone from his post again. When I called to speak to a manager, my call was intercepted by someone wanting to know why was I calling. Terrible, unprofessional, ghetto ,and lazy. I wouldn't send no one here for any reason.

Host AJ is the best host I've seen in a restaurant in a while! The bartender / waiter was absolutely awesome too and the food was great! Also not too crowded during the Superbowl!!!
