Applebee's Grill + Bar

Recently had fish and chip special and both the food and service were very good. Great value menu items and great selection.

Was 80 degrees inside and barely busy took over 30 mins for drinks. Highly recommend to stay away from this place.

Extremely slow service when there's hardly any people. People walked out for not getting served, wish we would have and saved time.

They need help really bad.... Applebee's was at one time a favorite place not anymore I don't blame the server... They just need to be trained correctly... And need to be aware of their surroundings..

The worst experience that I've ever had at an Applebee's. Went in with a party of five around 8:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. Our first batch of food that we got had three out of the five orders wrong. We had to send them back and then the next one had one error and had to be sent back with another small error that was able to be fixed on the spot. After all of this management did not try to comp anything from the person that had to wait even over an hour and a half. I received my order on the second attempt. I've been eating at Applebee's since I was a small child and can say that this was the worst Oriental chicken salad that I've ever had. Still not sure how that was messed up since this has been an iconic meal for me since childhood, but now I'm not sure if I will ever eat again at an Applebee's after this experience.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Alicia she is the bartender. When I say baby can make a DRINK, she can make a DRINKKKKK! It was so good I went home and broke up with my BF and got back with my BD! Ahhhhhhh good times! She is so sweet and my food came fast and she checked on me constantly with a full bar. I would only come back if she’s working! I mean if yall like to drink please come in and ask for her because the drinks be drink and a time is to be haddddd! PS this is NOT a paid advertisement!

We were there 2 hrs. My grandson got his food 1st 15 minutes later I got my food. No silverware. Waited 10 more minutes for silverware. By then broccoli cold gaveit back. Then another 10 minutes later my daughter and son in law got their food. I have to admit food was good, but portion sizes got very small.

We had the best experience here just jotting over from the mall. Alicia was the most welcoming, attentive and sweet bartender we have seen at an Applebees. We were weary at first at a major chain but she made us feel like home. Will definitely be coming back when we are in the area. 10/10 for service by her. Parking: In front
