Applebee's Grill + Bar

We order an appetizer combo platter and tender chicken without coleslaw, spinach was salty, wings were cold as if taken out of freezer. Waitress never checked our table. When paying she took three dollars for tipping without even asked regardless we leave a 5 dolllar tip.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. GOT SEATED AT A FILTY STICKT TABLE. PEOPLE BEFORE AND AFTER ME GOT SERVED AND I DIDNT EVEN GET A MENU. I SAT THERE FOR 45 MINS AND NOT ONE PERSON CAME TO TAKE MY ORDER

Don't count on getting what you order at Applebee's! Even kids know what mac n cheese is supposed to be! Macaroni with cheese n maybe bacon pieces! Not penne pasta with Alfredo sauce!! Really? Minimum, non alcohol meal price is $50 for 2 people. Their dining experience has become a minimal effort, minimum quality, small portion, substandard, non value, high priced nostalgic marketing success at the expense of customers. The quality promised does not match what is delivered.
