Applebee's Grill + Bar

My sister came to visit and wanted to take us out for brunch. She picked Applebee's. Great choice! Everything was wonderful! No complaints in any way. I just wish I had remembered our server's name. She was very kind.

Ribs were very dry, not fresh, just reheated, not good at all. Dinner came with fries that got rock hard when they cooled down. Obviously, they were reheated and not fresh. We had a $25 gift card to use up. We will never go back. Too many excellent places to eat nearby.

We were the only people in the restaurant at 11:15 on Thursday. Took forever for waitress to come to table? We received our food (still only people in restaurant) took forever for our food when it did come out all the food was barely warm. The steak was supposed to be medium rare (which is red and a little bloody) it was well done. The cook wanted to argue telling me she had thermometer set. Didn’t matter it was cooked wrong. I had to search for manager? If the waitress would have came back to table. I could have informed her but she never came to our table until after I complained to manager. Manager did give a partial discount. His attitude was like he could have cared less. I have been a waitress for 22 years and this was so unexceptionable. I always tip 20% not today. I will never return this location the staff (waitress needs training)rude and frankly didn’t care. I will share my experience so as no one I know will ever go there either.

I was not impressed, a lot of confusion by the staff as to what table was having what.

Not a great experience. Barely saw the waitress, and took a long time to just get the check despite it not being very busy. Waitress seemed more interested in taking care of a larger party than our party of two. Ordered the salmon, I only got maybe 4 broccoli for the side, and the mashed potatoes were a little hard. Ordered mozzarella sticks which never came, but luckily they weren't on the check. Only reason this is a 2 star is the shark bowl was delicious!

My Father and I went in to this location last week during the week around 6:30 and it was extremely slow and no one was at the hostess station to seat us for about 5 to 8 minutes but that's the way it has been the last few times we were at this location. What was very frustrating was that we were seated and no one came to talk to us or even take our drink orders for almost 10 minutes. The table on the floor next to the bar there were 2 servers and the manager just talking and what looked like they were taking a break. One of the servers was counting her tips. We eventually decided to leave. We told the host and manager who were at the hostess station when we were walking out that we were leaving because no one waited on us and they just both just stared at us. Service has been horrible at this location the past few months. We will not return. We went straight to the location on Hudson drive and received phenomenal service.
