Applebee's Grill + Bar

1pm on a Saturday 2-3wks ago (I know, I'm late) and it was 1/3 full, at best. Server was high or drunk AF. No joke. And she was training someone smh. Didn't put our food order in or our drinks. It was myself & my kid. Didn't get checked on for 30mins & we didn't see our server on the floor for almost that whole time. Finally the server (female) came over & asked if we got our drinks. Obviously we didn't. My son's food came before our drinks. Not my food. Then we get drinks at separate times. Then my food finally comes. It's been an hour at this point. My food, as well as my son's, was cold & dry. Everything. Tasted horrible & very chewy. Told the server I didn't want it & to bring the check. I told her that the way she was acting (slurred speech, glassy eyes, unable to concentrate or be still, etc) I knew she was on something & her service sucked even more than the food. She didn't seem to care but, took my food off the bill. My son's meal was already free with a certificate. I paid for our drinks, even tipped the lady $5 which I regret but, I was hoping some would go to the trainee as she was trying to wrangle the server also to actually do her job. No manager ever came out on the floor. I didn't bother to ask for one as we wanted to leave asap. Won't be back to this location. I may try another should I feel froggy again. Do better. Make sure your employees are sober. And clean up better. It looked atrocious.

It took 8 minutes to get seated, 10 before the server came & Heather lied about not being the server assigned to the area. She claimed "Tasha" went on break, but she & another female were the only 2 working the section. The food was hot, it took 20 minutes to get water(that we had to ask for several times), and the lemons were old, slimy & gross. I called the store to get a manager. I won't go back. The hosts were scarce or on their phones.

My husband and I went here for diner as we love our Applebee's back home. We were greeted, but took a while to seat us. The waitress came over and got our drinks and order. The chips and cheese we ordered as an appetizer was bad, chips tasted like oil and cheese tasted like potoato soup. We ordered our meals with salads that came out the same time our meal did, the salad looked as if it came off someone else's plate, the croutons were already soggy. The main meal was not that good it was cold, and we only seen our waitress once. Will NEVER be back. Poor service and bad food.

We waited over 30 minutes for someone to take our order, 45 minutes for our food! The manager was NOT helpful, nor did he care that we sat there that long waiting! The place is dark! Horrible! My dad, and my son's wanted to walk out it took so long! We won't be returning!

Hire staff that cares about their job!!

we ate here today and it was soo dirty. the ledge by the booth had old food, dust and was just dirty. the light above the table had stains all on it and bugs in it. the only thing that was decent was the server but other than that I will never go back to this Applebees ever again.

Got the 50 cent boneless wings they were dry and over cooked. They forgot to put garlic parm sauce on my husband's wings. Out of his 15 wings only 1 wasn't over cooked. Would not recommend the morse road location.
