Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food is good and excellent but customer service is very slow. I’ve been waiting for a refill of my cup for 17 minutes now and I have not seen one waiter. I think we should work on being more observant of your tables

Hair was in our food. This place is dirty and it smells so bad. I love Applebee's, but this is by far the worst I have ever been. I can see the kitchen and the bar it's so nasty.

The food was not good at all, waste of money. Never had this problem with other Applebee's.

Because other customers were giving them a hard time, they decided to close after we waiting patiently for 40 minutes m. Very unprofessional and please don’t waste your time going there.

The food took to long in my burger was burnt

Came for an interview and decided to walk out after waiting for 15 minutes. The whole restaurant is run down, employees are worthless, half of the tv’s don’t work, garbage all over the floor, and the tables are covered in garbage. One person sat me at a table to get the manager for the interview, the manager who never came. Employees stood at the bar talking and laughing to each other while multiple tables had garbage and used dishes all over them. An older woman came in shortly after I was sat and the entire duration I was there, 15 minutes, not a single person helped her. she sat her self, despite the sign saying wait to be seated, and she got up after about 5 minutes to get herself a menu. Employees like that are worth letting go for a successful business. This place has got to be shut down or management NEEDS to be changed. Good luck to all the folk trying to get a job here that’s worth keeping.
