Applebee's Grill + Bar

**Update... gave it another try and got more of the same.. steak was far from well and we were missing sides... also my chicken was undercooked. And again.. waited outside for 10 min after checking in only to have my boyfriend go insside and wait another 10-15 minutes.. food was cold AGAIN!!! Curbside was a joke. Waited at least 10 min in appropriate spot after checking in. Once I finally got through after several call attempts I was on hold another 4 min. Walked inside and they had no knowledge that I checked in. Left with a cold order!! Staff was halfway pleasant and apologized.

Went for dinner, only 4 tables were occupied. After waiting for almost 10 minutes we walked out after not even being acknowledged by any of the employees. Would give 0 stars if I Could!

0/5 AWEFUL!!!! ORDER FOR TAKEOUT. WAITED 1HR FOR MY FOOD. WALKED 2 MINS BACK TO HOTEL. COLD STEAK, COLD BROCCOLI. HOW CAN YOU SCREW UP THAT BADLY. overall will never return. Do not recommend to anyone ever.

15 minutes and not even offered a water. Service is garbage. Get better service at a child's lemonade stand.

I had the fish and it was kind of tough I've never had tough fish before until then food could have been better

I am not a Karen by any means. My fiance and I decided to have a lunch date. We were both in happy spirits, it was not crowded at all. A server sat us and got us some drinks. We ordered, the server was very bubbly with a good personality. My fiance ordered the all you can eat ribs and shrimp. I had the chicken and shrimp. We ordered a lava cake and wanted it before our meal. We waited a good hot minute, thinking she forgot that we wanted that first. Well it finally came, and I must say that it was well worth the wait. My girls food came out. The plates were set on the table, the server , which by the way was a different server asked if we needed anything else. I told her that I was still waiting on my food. She said, oh I thought yall were sharing. She asked me what I ordered. She walked back and well about 15 minutes later , a male server brings me my plate. My girl asked for more shrimp and fries for her all you can eat . After about oh 10 minutes the first server came back to see if we needed boxes for our food. We said yes. As she walked away I knew that both the shrimp and fries nor boxes would be coming back any time soon. We left our money on the table with a tip. And just like the boxes, we won't be going back. I don't make bad reviews but I had to vent.

It was peaceful, our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh and our server was amazing. This is the best Applebee's in Columbia.
