I had a wonderful day out. The food was great, but the service was superb.

Do not order DoorDash from here. I don’t understand how you can send out old dry fries, nasty dip, and a bacon burger with no bacon. Who is hiring these employees? Are people actually working and paying attention? Absolutely no quality control at all.

On 2/13/24 around 5pm me & my book club decided to go eat apple B’s. I been coming here for years. The bartender who’s was on duty and name starts with K cannot multi task and does not have any type of customers service. I was very disappointed in this individual. I don’t know if she was having a bad day. She did not acknowledge me & my group. She didn’t ask if we needed a drink refill? And when we did ask her for anything she rolled her eyes and said something under a breath. I have never been treated in such a way. I’m very big on tipping but, her service and customer service did not sit right for me. I will return. But, I will not have her as my waitress. Management please look into this…thanks

So I normally dislike putting places down but my god... I will start by saying our server was awesome he was working very hard and juggling multiple tables I have no issue with that as we were still served timely. My complaint lies with the food.. my wife got babyback ribs with fries and it was so disappointing in looks and taste. The ribs barely had meat on it and the fries were cold. I had a chicken sizzler thing forgive me this was about a week ago. And it was so greasy and blanketed in black pepper I couldn't finish. Mind you I was raised with the mentality that "you eat what you get and deal with it". Take my experience with a pinch of salt but due to the experience I will likely not visit the establishment again.

The service here was great. We were seated right away and offered kids menus for our littles. The waiter came right over and brought us drinks quickly. Our food didn't take too long to come out because it was quiet and lunchtime. I used to work in an Applebee's in NY ages ago. It is nice to see that everywhere you go, the managers still put in the effort to make rounds to the tables to check in on guests. I live the tradition, and it's always nice to see who is keeping the place afloat in the background. The food was amazing and I love the variety of choices on the menu. Especially the you pick 2.
