Applebee's Grill + Bar

Would not be back, not busy but took forever to get food and drinks. When we did we had no napkins. It took me going to the manager to get some. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

I'm a dasher. I waited so long for an order. That's how we make money and just so they know our orders are just as important as those in the restaurant. I hope the managers read these.

I always have a pleasant experience and tonight was no exception. Nihyhana was nice, prompt and on point with her service. All my food came out hot and in adequate timing all while she was hosting 3 or 4 other tables. We’d come back just for her service alone. Keep up the good work!

I came here because I was given a gift card for a gift a while back and I finally decided to use it. When we first walked in there was no one to greet us at the hostess station so we were kinda confused at first but a few minutes later a lady comes and sits us down...1st off the place is not really busy however I can see it maybe a little short handed. I was trying to be understanding because I also work in service and I truly appreciate getting good service. Today was terrible. My waitress was nice however she attended to tables already eating and she decided to clean off a table before at least asking us if we were ready..we ordered a appetizer and I asked if I could get it without something I'm allergic to and instead of her explaining that it can't be taken out she walks off and says she'll be back ..15 minutes later we get the taco thing and of course it has Cilantro and I would have ordered something else if she would have said something. I looked for her to ask for something else she proceeded to go to another table instead. Overall I will not be spending my birthday gift there.

Great location and we'll definitely revisit.

Excellent service NyLEE our server was amazing good service consistently checking on us. .And the food was on point
