Typical Applebees

Hi folks.. a unique dining experience. Good food, it tasted good. A hair was found in mashed potatoes. Yes this can happen. Notified a waitress. Was as not impressed by the manager's intense management style in handling the situation. Maybe having a bad day. . Kudos to the waitresses for handling an evening of a very intense manager. Thank you to Amy for your kind hospitality.

Staff was very welcoming and the tables were clean and atmosphere was very welcoming. I am so glad there is still an Applebees near me, and it kept the same vibes that I remember all those years ago

It was just ok to me, very busy place when we were there. Place could use a remodel, Very dark, old and dated.

Where do I begin. Yestersay (March 23, 2024) as boyfriend, sister in law and I walk into Applebee's. It took a couple of minutes to be greeted. Upon being greeted, we all wanted to be in the lounge, but I asked if it was possible to be seated in a booth. It seemed a big deal. Another hostess or waitress approached the greeting station, and she began to say don't put us in Maria's section. She will be pissed and have a fit. We then said if it is a problem we can sit at a table. One hostess finally seated us at the booth. Once we were seated, it took a long time to be greeted by our waitress. Once our waitress came to our table, we ordered our drinks. We also proceeded to order everything at once. When our waitress came back with our food, she asked us if we needed anything else, and we all said our drinks. I was very disappointed in my main dish and looked nothing like the main completely different, I get that nothing ever looks like the menu it looked unappetizing. The cripsy onion was way overcooked, more like burnt. I got sick and ended up throwing up when I got home. For me, it was my first time ever going to Applebee's and the worst experience ever. There is more to this, but I got the main parts. I definitely will not be back!!!

It was a great experience for me being a first timer to dine in. We went there last Saturday with my friends and it was amazing customer service we had with nicoj, he is so wonderful, approachable and very pleasant to deal with. I would tell my friends to visit this location and experience the same thing.

Was a bit pricy for the amount of food received. Service was good.

Enjoyed appetizers with friends food was great, service was great, we enjoyed the atmosphere.
